Let the praise and prayer requests begin:
Don & Mark,
It was great to meet you and your group earlier today at Dickey Lake Bible Camp. I look forward to seeing more of you in the future and building a great relationship together. Our church’s website is found at: http://www.faithalliancechurch.org We are unveiling it to our congregation tomorrow. May God continue to bless you and your ministry. You take the southern half of Western Montana for Jesus and we’ll take the northern half. Have a great day of ministry tomorrow! Say hello to Peter & Josh for me as well.
We accept the challenge Jim! : )
Your web site looks great. We are thankful for the connection and look forward to deveoping a great relationship together as well. Thanks to you and the other men for your tremendous hospitality to us as new to the camp and the men’s retreat.
Jim, We had a great time of fellowship and were challenged by the preaching of God’s Word. Thank you for the message you brought. It was very timely for me. We liked how you taught the Bible story and then outlined the specific application with which you were challenging us. May the Lord greatly bless your ministry of he Word. With prayer, mark
A man once complained to his pastor, “I don’t like your preaching! You are not the kind of preacher for which I prayed.” The pastor responded, “Pray that I will be the kind of preacher that God wants me to be.” The man prayed and God answered by changing the preacher some and the man’s heart a lot. He often said after that, as he left church and shook the preachers hand, “It sure pays to pray for the preacher – what a blessing I received from the Word of God!” Are you praying for your pastors and elders at Grace Bible Church? Prayer brings change in others and yourself as you draw close to God! O Lord, Bless Pastor Don as he prepares to preach and give him liberty in preaching your Word each Lord’s day! Help us to come with prepared hearts to learn, obey, and worship you! Amen!
It was good to sit under the teaching of a couple of godly servants of the Lord for three days this week. One was a theologian and the other was a creation researcher/bible teacher, and both reminded me we will never fully plumb the depths of God’s Word. “Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!” Rom.11:33 (ESV)
Pastor Don
I praise God for His love, grace, and word. I am thankful for a congregation and Pastor who prays, serves, and helps one another.
John 13:34-35, “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
